Our commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards

Macro-Distributors & Resellers HSE performance is measured and monitored by setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing HSE plans and HSE bridging documents, conducting HSE meetings, reviewing risk assessments and management, and conducting HSE compliance audits, inspections, and quality audits.

We also participates in investigations of Macro-Distributors incidents and accidents. Closeout and follow-up and tracking of findings and recommendations are carried out on a regular basis.

We have a systematic approach to HSE management, designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continuous performance improvement.

We set targets for improvement and measure, appraise and report performance.

We require Macro-Distributors & Resellers to manage HSE in line with this policy.

IWe include HSE performance in the appraisal of our staff and we reward accordingly.
